There is a man in our community who grows produce and sells it from his truck, I have actually painted a picture of him with his truck and umbrella about ten years ago. It was the day before our first freeze and he had picked everything in his garden. I was driving by and I saw him with some watermelons, so I stopped, he said he wasn't sure it was mature but he would cut it for me before I bought it to be safe. I said,"oh no, I'm just interested in painting it." It may show up again in a still life or two, we'll see.
